Single Vehicle Roll Over

BISHOP, TEXAS - (News Release) On May 21, 2024 at approximately 6:07pm, Nueces County Constable Pct 3 Deputies along with ESD 3 emergency personnel, ESD 6 Allegiance EMS, Texas Department of Public Safety Troopers were dispatched to a single vehicle roll over with the driver still trapped inside the vehicle located at FM 70 near Cr 59.

Upon arrival Deputies were informed that driver was able to get out of the vehicle on his own with minor injuries.

EMS transported the male driver to a local hospital in stable condition. DPS Troopers are investigating the cause of the accident.
