SGA Making Baseball/Softball History
KINGVILLE - Santa Gertrudis Academy High School is the only Coastal Bend School with both programs still in the Playoffs for softball and baseball.
The Class 3A Region 4 semifinals softball game will have the Lady Lions (39-5) facing Grandview (39-3) on Wednesday, May 31 at 10 a.m. at the University of Texas in Austin at Red & Charline McCombs Field.
Championship game will take place on Thursday, June 1 at 1 p.m.
The Lions will pitch to the London Pirates in the Regional Final round in the best 2-of-3 Series at Calallen.
Game 1 on Friday, June 2 at 7 p.m.
Game 2 on Saturday, June 3 at 1 p.m.
Game 3 will be 30 minutes after Game 2 if necessary.
