Search Warrant Leads to Two Arrests

SINTON, TEXAS - (News Release) Investigators are working a sexual assault case in the Sinton area. They prepared a search warrant to collect evidence at the home. The home owner greeted investigators with a gloved hand & a cocaine packet in his hand as if to deliver the product. He was arrested for the control substances & was served with the search warrant. The investigators found bags with Cocaine & Methamphetamine in open view. A second occupant was in the home & was also arrested. He is a registered sex offender who had not reported his current residency as required. The drugs & necessary sexual assault evidence were confiscated & both were arrested on felony charges. The home owner is currently on parole as well.
