Robstown Man Arrested for Aggravated Assault with Vehicle in April Incident

ROBSTOWN, TEXAS (News Release) - On July, 2, 2025, a 33-year-old Robstown man was arrested Wednesday evening on a felony warrant for Aggravated Assault with a Motor Vehicle stemming from an incident on April 18, 2025, on County Road 42.

According to the alleged victim, Joseph Rios intentionally used the vehicle he was driving to cause injury. Rios was taken into custody and transported to the Nueces County Jail.
