Rex Lane Daily Closure
CORPUS CHRISTI – Both the 100 and 200 blocks of Rex Lane will require daily single lane road closures as part of the Laguna Shores reconstruction project. The closure is anticipated to take place until Saturday, January 16 between the hours of 8am and 5pm and will be flagger-controlled. The road will be opened back up for normal use between the hours of 5pm and 8am. Rex Lane is currently serving as the Segment 3: Mediterranean Drive to Wyndale Street, Laguna Shores detour route.
Area residents will be able to access their driveways during this time while all others are asked to avoid the area. Safety is a top priority, so motorists are reminded to be aware of the work zone, follow the posted detour signs, or seek alternate routes to avoid delays.
