Ongoing Harbor Bridge Project Detour

CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS (News Release) – Beginning Tuesday, May 19, through Thursday, May 21, from 9 am until 3 pm each day, the northbound SH 286 and southbound US 181 connector ramps to northbound IH 37 will be temporarily detoured to the Martin Luther King Drive frontage road to access IH 37 from the on-ramp near Nueces Bay Boulevard.

Message boards and traffic control devices will be in place directing commuters to continue along the Martin Luther Drive frontage road to access northbound IH 37.

Motorists are urged to be aware of the temporary connector ramp detour, plan for minor delays, follow all traffic control devices, and to slow down in the work zones. All work is weather permitting.
