One-Vehicle Accident on FM 70

NUECES COUNTY - (News release) On 02/24/2022, at approximately 10:26 AM, Deputies of the Nueces County Constable's Office (Precinct 3) were dispatched regarding a one-vehicle accident in the 7400 block of FM 70. Upon arrival deputies learned the driver occupant was traveling south on FM 70 and lost control and collided with a Texas DOT sign indicating a curve. Deputies completed an accident report and the vehicle was towed to a location in Alice. The Nueces County Constable's Office (Precinct 3) would like to remind everyone that light precipitation has fallen in the area which has made the roadways wet and slick. Please allow more distance between you and other vehicles on the roadway, and please slow down.
