NEC Kick Off $30,000 Supply-A-Teacher Grant Program
Robstown, TEXAS (News Release) - Applications are now open for NEC Co-op Energy member teacher for the 2025 Supply-A-Teacher Program. The program is offering $30,000 in classroom grants to help local educators prepare for the upcoming school year. Teachers who are members of NEC Co-op Energy are encouraged to apply for grants ranging from $500 to $2,500.
“Teachers often reach into their own pockets to make sure students have what they need to succeed,” said Varzavand “Avan” Irani, CEO of NEC Co-op Energy. “This program is one way we can give back to those who give so much.”
Any NEC Co-op Energy member-teacher is eligible to apply. We understand the challenges teachers face, which is why we've made the application process simple and straightforward.
