KINGSVILLE, TEXAS - (News Release) NAS Kingsville on Thursday Dec. 5th opened the first-in-the Navy Regeneration Room with a ribbon cutting at the Santiago Fitness Center.

The NASK MWR (Morale, Welfare and Recreation) program developed the dedicated space in the center. It is decked out with state-of-the-art recovery, relaxation and stress management equipment that aids in faster recuperation, mind and body relaxation and overall physical and mental rejuvenation.

The room was created using the NOFFS (Navy Operational Fitness and Fueling System) principles, as well as the Navy HABIT (Head and Back Injury Training) program.
