Two Injured in Motorcycle Crash on Highway 77 Near County Road 18

BISHOP, TEXAS (News Release) - Two men were injured Saturday, August 8, 2026, in a motorcycle crash on U.S. Highway 77 near County Road 18 outside of Bishop.

At approximately 1:38 p.m., deputies with the Nueces County Constable's Office Precinct 3, along with personnel from Precinct 5, the Nueces County Sheriff's Office, ESD 3, Robstown EMS and ESD 6, were dispatched to the crash.
When emergency responders arrived, they found two male occupants of the motorcycle who were alert and suffering from minor injuries.
Both men were transported to local hospitals for further evaluation and treatment.
Texas Department of Public Safety troopers are investigating the cause of the crash. No additional information was immediately available.
