Memorial Groundbreaking Ceremony

Jimmy Rivera, Nueces County Constable Precinct 3

KINGSVILLE, TEXAS - (News Release) On August 2nd, 2024, Deputies with the Nueces County Constables Office- Precinct 3 attended the Javier Vega Jr. Memorial groundbreaking ceremony.

Javier Vega Jr. was a Border Patrol Agent who was killed in the line of duty on August 3rd, 2014.

This ceremony occurred at the Border Patrol station in Kingsville.
