Arrest Made for Manslaughter and 2 Counts of Aggravated Assault

ROCKPORT, TEXAS (News Release) - On December 28, 2023, at 10:18 pm, the Rockport Police department received a report of a vehicle crash at the intersection of 16th Street and Highway 35 Bypass. Upon officer’s arrival, they located two vehicles involved in the collision.
Timothy Greening (34) of Rockport and Pamela Greening (70) of Grosse Point Park Michigan were pronounced deceased at the scene. Two other occupants were severely injured.
On January 8, 2024, Michael Forsberg (25) of Rockport was arrested for two counts of Manslaughter and two counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon (vehicle). He is being booked into the Aransas County Jail.
This is an on-going investigation.
