NUECES COUNTY, TEXAS - (News Release) After weeks of evading and hiding from police, twenty nine year old Robstown man (Michael Olguin) was arrested on numerous outstanding warrants. These warrants include,

Charge Description: THEFT PROP >=$100 AND LESS THAN $750, 4 POSS CS PG 1/1-B <1G,: FRAUD USE/POSS IDENTIFYING INFO # OF ITEM, RESIST ARREST SEARCH OR TRANSPORT, EVADING ARREST DETENTION W/VEHICLE, TAMPER/FABRICATE PHYS EVID W/INTENT, 3 EVADING ARREST DETENTION, ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY MEMBER

Michael Olguin had been evading from police for the past few weeks, but on Monday afternoon deputies from Constable Pct. 5 and Robstown Police were able to locate and capture Olguin.

All persons arrested are presumed innocent until proven proven guilty in a court of law.
