Major Traffic Accident Near Bishop

BISHOP - (News Release) On Aug. 7th the Bishop Police Department patrol units along with Nueces County Sheriff Department, Texas DPS, ESD-3 Fire and ESD-6 EMS were at the scene of a single vehicle accident on the 5700 blk of CR 4, just outside of Bishop, Texas.

The vehicle involved struck a nearby utility pole, after the driver lost control of the vehicle. The occupants in the vehicle were evaluated by ESD-6 EMS on scene and released with no major injuries reported.

Texas DPS Troopers are investigating the exact cause of this crash.
