A Kingsville man has been arrested on a charge of failure to stop and render aid following an incident in which a woman was found in the roadway along U.S. Highway 77 South near Embarque early Halloween morning.
According to the Kleberg County Sheriff's Office, Juan Adrian Jr. was arrested after the Texas Rangers determined there was probable cause for the arrest.
The woman was identified as Ariel Gomez of Kingsville.
Authorities have not released additional details regarding the circumstances surrounding the incident.
