Motorists heading northbound on SH 286 to Antelope Street for the Uptown area will be detoured to take the connector ramp for northbound IH 37, exit at Nueces Bay Boulevard, make a U-turn, and remain on the frontage road to continue towards the Staples Street intersection.
Message boards will be in place to assist motorists with the alternate route.
