ANNAVILLE, TEXAS - (News Release) It’s that time of year when the lights are bright on Friday nights all over Texas. Throughout this time, different age groups play competitive football within the district, so the Annaville FD members train to help whenever it’s needed. For last night’s EMS block, the “C” Shift and volunteer members worked on assessing and securing victims of the worst type of injury, spinal cord injury (SCI). Annaville FD know the chances of this happening are very slim, but Athletic Trainers and EMS personnel must be ON POINT if it does.
