Driver Flees on Foot During Traffic Stop

NUECES COUNTY - (News Release) On the early morning hours of Friday March 25, 2022 Deputies with Constable Oscar Mendoza’s office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle being driven by this male. The male subject provided information to deputies which failed to positively identify him. The male driver then fled in the vehicle evading deputies while in pursuit . After several minutes of pursuit, two Constable units were damaged which ended the pursuit. The driver continued to flee and ended up fleeing on foot.
