"Dirty Money” Found During a Traffic Stop
Kleberg County Attorney’s Specialized Crimes and Narcotics Task Force
KLEBERG COUNTY - (News Release) On April 7th Agents with the Kleberg County Attorney’s Task Force found some “dirty money”. During the course of a traffic stop and search Agents located currency hidden in what appeared to be dirty diapers in the vehicle. After an investigation, it was found that the driver was involved in illegal activity and it is believed the currency is from that illegal activity. The driver was arrested on state charges as the investigation continues.
