Jimmy Rivera, Nueces County Constable Precinct 3

ROBSTOWN - (News Release) On Saturday 8/13/22 Nueces County Deputy Constable Justin Martinez assisted Nueces County Constable's office Precinct 5 as well as Constable Robert Vasquez of Jim Wells County Precinct 5 in teaching a Stop the Bleed course. Deputy Martinez has been an instructor for the Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training (ALERRT) center based out of Texas State University for several years now and has taught the civilian response to active shooter events (CRASE) course multiple times. Constable Vasquez taught the CRASE class hosted by Constable Oscar Mendoza's office in Robstown Texas and it was open to anyone wishing to attend. Deputy Martinez taught the stop the bleed portion of the class. Precinct 3 wants to thank Precinct 5 Constable Mendoza for allowing them to assist him in this event. As a result of his success, look for another CRASE and stop the bleed course to be coming to the Bishop area in the near future.
