Corpus Christi to Hold Runoff Election on December 13

CORPUS CHRISTI (News Release) – The results of the November 8 General Election in Corpus Christi showed that none of the candidates for City council received a majority vote in the district 1, 2, and 3 races. Per the City Charter, the candidates receiving the highest and second highest number of votes will enter a runoff election. The runoff election is scheduled for December 13.

Registered voters in Districts 1, 2, and 3 will be able to cast their Early Voting and Election Day ballots at the following locations in Corpus Christi during the designated dates and times.

The last day to apply for a ballot by mail is Friday, December 2.  For information on how to apply, call the Nueces County Clerk’s Office at 361-888 0865.
