Construction Expected to Last One Day

CORPUS CHRISTI (News Release) – Beginning today, Wednesday, June 7, a utility contractor will implement a temporary intersection closure at the Kostoryz Road and Holly Road intersection to perform maintenance and install new fiber cable along Kostoryz Road.
Traffic in all directions approaching the intersection will be reduced to one lane and instructed to turn right at the intersection. Warning signs will advise motorists of the lane closures ahead. Motorists will have residential and business access at all times during construction.
Utility upgrades are expected to last one day.
Safety is a top priority, so motorists are advised to use alternate routes to avoid delays, remain aware of the work zone, and follow posted detour signs.
