Congress Affirms Joe Biden’s Victory
Congressional leaders continued to debate and vote through the night after a breach at the US Capitol on Wednesday forced members of the House and Senate to suspend the joint session.
At 3 a.m. on Thursday, congress certified the president-elect Joe Biden with 306 electoral votes.
