CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS (News Release) – The City of Corpus Christi and Ashlar Development are proud to announce the successful completion of the water canal at Whitecap NPI on North Padre Island. This milestone event marks a significant achievement in the Whitecap Development project, showcasing the area's landscape and connectivity to key areas.

These new waterways exemplify engineering excellence and a commitment to sustainable development, designed to coexist with the natural ecosystem of North Padre Island. The introduction of water into the canals has been carefully managed to support local wildlife habitats while providing recreational and aesthetic benefits to the community.
