Cole Park Pier Receives Best of Precast Concrete Award

CORPUS CHRISTI (News Release) – The Precast Concrete Manufacturers’ Association (PCMA) announced Cole Park Pier as the Best of Precast Concrete Award winner in the Marine Category. PCMA is a group of prestressed precast concrete fabricators that represent three states, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. The association is recognized by the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute, which researches innovative architectural concrete structures nationwide.

PCMA created an awards program to recognize cities in excellence, innovation, and construction quality in the use of precast concrete. Cole Park was selected for creativity and innovation in the use of precast concrete to achieve an aesthetic expression and function in the Marine category.

Award winners will be recognized at The Best in Precast Concrete Awards Banquet on February 11, in College Station, Texas.
