COASTAL BEND - The Santa Gertrudis Academy (SGA) Lions basketball team (21-12, 4-2) won Area 3A Region 4 District 30 over IDEA Sports Park Stingrays (20-6, 3-1) at Lasara High School.
FINAL: SGA 63; IDEA 43.
SGA will play against the Goliad Tigers (30-5, 8-1) at the Regional Quarterfinal on Tuesday February 27 against Goliad.
Game Time: 6:30 pm
Doors Open: 6:00 pm
Passes Accepted: District 29 & 30, THSCA
Place: Corpus Christi Carroll High School.
The Bishop Badgers (28-9, 9-0) won Area 4A Region 4 District 31 over Carrizo Springs Wildcats (13-13, 6-6) at Pleasanton High School.
FINAL: Bishop 90; Carrizo Springs 68.
Bishop will play against Floresville Tigers at the Regional Quarterfinals on Tuesday, February 27.

The Bishop Lady Badgers (31-9, 13-4) ended their playoff run to State during the Regional Semifinal Round against the Fredericksburg Lady Billies (31-5, 10-3) at Texas A&M University Kingsville.
FINAL: Fredericksburg 53; Bishop 45.
