City Council Meetings Return to City Hall

City of Corpus Christi

CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS – Beginning on Tuesday, March 26, City Council and Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ) meetings will return to the first floor Council Chambers at City Hall, located at 1201 Leopard Street.

Since September of 2023, these meetings have been held at the Corpus Christi Regional Transportation Authority (CCRTA) building located directly across the street from City Hall.

During the temporary move, the Council Chambers underwent construction and interior modernization along with audio/visual and IT improvements.

The $2.6 million project aims to provide better accommodation and accessibility for large public audiences and improved video streaming capabilities that enable the public to view meetings from home.
