Burglary Suspects Found Outside of Bishop

Nueces County Constables Office Precinct 3

On Tuesday November 26, 2024, Deputies from the Nueces County Constables Office Precinct 3 and Bishop Police Department responded to a burglary in progress with a vehicle description and direction of travel from the suspects.

The vehicle was located on US Highway 77 just north of County Road 12 outside of Bishop. The vehicle was stopped, and contact was made with one female and two male subjects.

Several firearms parts, ammunition and scopes were seen inside the vehicle. Upon a search of the vehicle, narcotics were found. All three subjects were transported to the Nueces County jail and charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.
