BISHOP - (News Release) The Bishop Police Department’s 2nd Annual “Pack the Patrol Car” School Supply Drive and Giveaway is now over.

This year’s event was another huge success! BPD wants to thank all those individuals / businesses who generously donated and volunteered their time to assist, hundreds of backpacks full of school supplies were given away! They look forward to continuing this event each year and making it even bigger to help even more local students returning to school next year!

“As #YourBPD it is important for us to continue to work hard to build a strong partnership within our community to make Bishop a better and safer place for everyone. Our community oriented policing philosophy allows us to do events such as these, in order to give back and invest in the success of our community as a whole!”
