Bishop Under Stage 2 Water Restrictions

BISHOP - The City of Bishop has declared a stage 2 water restrictions for customers of the city’s water supply. The following order was declared on Monday, April 8 for all City of Bishop water residents using the city’s water system.

  1. Outdoor watering with irrigation or sprinklers are permitted once every other week on residential trash pick up day before 10 am or after 6 pm.

  2. Watering with a 5-gallon bucket or smaller, drip irrigation, or with a hand-held hose with a shut off nozzle is allowed on any day at any time.

Stage 2 water restrictions have already been implemented by the City of Corpus Christi and South Texas Water Authority.
