BISHOP, TEXAS - (News Release) Bishop Public Works crews have placed barricades up in the area of Birch Street and East 9th Street, due to flooding near Caretta Creek. Do not drive around barricades, it is illegal and dangerous. Please find alternative routes of travel.

As rain continues into the afternoon, additional street closures may be necessary. Please use caution and avoid low-lying areas and roadways with standing water.
