Aryan Brotherhood Member Arrested in Aransas Pass

ARANSAS PASS, TEXAS (News Release) - On Thursday, January 26, AR with white crystal-like residue were found, along with several small clear plastic bags and other paraphernalia. A small glass jar was found as well, inside was a clear liquid with crystals forming at the bottom of the jar, consistent with methamphetamine in its liquid form.
These items found are commonly used to manufacture and distribute methamphetamine.

The owner of the residence also had a vehicle on the property that was also searched due to a glass pipe in plain view as well as a strong odor of marijuana. Inside the vehicle, several pills were found along with methamphetamine and a scale with residue still on it.
The search warrant yielded 40 grams of methamphetamine, methamphetamine in its liquid form, prescription-only pills, and a handgun.
Dulva Pierre Durio Jr, who is a member of the Aryan Brotherhood, was arrested and booked into jail, along with two others.
Durio is a known dealer in the area and has been selling in Aransas Pass and Rockport, a convicted felon, and was currently out on parole. He is being charged with Manufacturing/Delivering a Controlled Substance, a 1st Degree Felony, and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, a 3rd Degree Felony.
