Constable Jimmy Riviera, Pct. 3.

BISHOP, TEXAS (News Release) - On November 16, 2025, at approximately 3 am, Nueces County Constables Pct 3, along with Nueces County ESDs 3, ESD 6, and the Texas Department of Public Safety, responded to a single vehicle crash on US 77 between County Road 16 and County Road 18. The vehicle appeared to have been traveling northbound at the time of the crash and alcohol was involved.

DPS investigated the crash and the driver was taken into custody on suspicion of driving while intoxicated and possession of controlled substance penalty group 1.
