Adjustment to Everhart Road Project

Adjustment to Everhart Road Project

City of Corpus Christi

CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS – The City has issued a change to the Phase 1A traffic control plan for the Everhart Road Project due to recent evaluations of traffic conditions.

To better manage traffic flow, the westbound lane of Staples Street will transition to single-lane traffic as it passes through Everhart Road. Right-hand turns will still be permitted onto Everhart Road. This revision addresses traffic concerns observed in the area and is critical for maintaining a safe environment for construction crews and drivers.

Safety remains a top priority, and motorists are advised to use alternative routes to avoid delays, remain aware of the work zone, and follow posted signs.

For updates and more information, follow the City of Corpus Christi - Public Works and Engineering Facebook page or visit www.cctexas.com/everhart2.
