KPD Chief to Retire After 35 Years

KINGSVILLE (News Release) – Today, the City of Kingsville received a letter of retirement from
Police Chief Ricardo Torres. He has served in the Police Department for nearly 35 years. Police Commander Bradley Lile has been the Commander-In-Charge of the Police Department during the Chief’s paid administrative leave. He will now serve as the Interim Police Chief while the City conducts a job search to fill the vacancy.
