Crews Responding to Gas Leak in Robstown

CORPUS CHRISTI (News Release) – Units from the Corpus Christi Fire Department (CCFD), the Annaville Fire Department, and the Bluntzer Fire Department continue to mitigate a possible gas leak in the area of FM 624, Highway 77 East, County Road 50 South, and County Road 73 West.

There are three pipelines in the area. The pipeline owners are diligently working with the CCFD to locate the source of the leak. Citizens are urged to avoid the area.As a precaution, officials issued a shelter in place notice. It has since been lifted.
