Bishop Man Arrest Warrant: Indecency with a Child

BISHOP (News Release) - At approximately 7:00PM on Thursday, October 26, 2023, Bishop Police Department Shift II Patrol Officers went to a business in the 100
block of U.S. highway 77, to serve an arrest warrant on a subject for one count of Indecency with a Child Sexual Contact and one count of Indecent Exposure.

Both criminal charges in this case are a result of ongoing investigation conducted by Bishop PD Criminal
Investigations Division (C.I.D) Detectives and Texas Rangers.

The suspect, identified as 40 year old Nigel Gomez, was located at the business and arrested on scene without incident.

He was later transported to Nueces County Jail.
