Trusted Partner
A Trusted Partner is an individual who has been trained and is committed to ongoing education to be a resource for individuals involved in domestic violence. These partners have the knowledge of the local agencies to contact to help a friend, a neighbor, or a family member. Trusted Partners are not trained to be an advocate, but rather to assist those in a domestic violence situation to connect to them to help.
Trusted Location
A Trusted Location is a business, organization, or church who has agreed to provide a confidential area where they can meet with a Trusted Partner. All staff members are trained to know how to respond when someone asks for help.
