The City of Kingsville and Kleberg County invite residents and visitors to come together for an unforgettable Independence Day celebration as the nation commemorates the 250th anniversary of American independence. This year's festivities honor two and a half centuries of freedom, patriotism, and community with a full weekend of family-friendly events across Kingsville.
The celebration features something for everyone, including carnival rides, food trucks, local vendors, rodeo events, a Working Wheels Expo, and live entertainment at Dick Kleberg Park and the J.K. Northway Expo Center. The evening will culminate with a spectacular 20-minute fireworks display lighting up the South Texas sky in celebration of America's semiquincentennial.
The festivities also extend to Historic Downtown Kingsville, where the community is invited to enjoy a patriotic parade, downtown merchant sidewalk sales, specialty food and beverages, and the official introduction of the Kingsville Historic Downtown Walking Tour, highlighting the city's rich heritage while celebrating the nation's milestone anniversary.
