Improv Comedy Show

  • Sue Sellors Finley Theatre 101 Baldwin Boulevard Corpus Christi, TX, 78404 United States (map)

You may remember comedian Drew Carey as the host of the hilarious show called “Whose Line Is It Anyway?” Actors used improvisational techniques to create rib-tickling scenes from audience suggestions.

Get ready for Del Mar Drama’s version with their own “Improv Comedy Show” on Saturday, Sept. 20, beginning at 7:30 p.m. in the Sue Sellors Finley Theatre on Del Mar College’s Heritage Campus. The performance features DMC alumnus and actor NathanRay Clark and current students who signed up for his five-day workshop to prepare for an evening of sidesplitting antics that will keep you rolling with laughter with each audience suggestion. No stranger to comedy, Clark attended Gregory-Portland High School and Del Mar College before training and graduating from The Second City Hollywood, which is the Los Angeles branch of the world’s premiere comedy theatre and largest school of improv and sketch comedy.

His has appeared in several national commercials and hit television shows, including Criminal Minds: Evolution, NCIS: Hawai'i, Modern Family, 2 Broke Girls and Glee. Visit Clark’s own website or his  IMDB page to learn more about his career. Note: The show may contain some mature content.
