City of Kingsville Health Department Animal Control will waive your adoption fee for a pet if you bring in a new unwrapped children's toy to Animal Control. Free rabies voucher included with adoption. Dates: December 2 - 20, 2024 during normal business hours Animal Control will also be open Saturday, December 7, 2024, from 10AM - 2PM Toys will be distributed to local families in need by the Robert J. Kleberg Public Library.
