The Miró Quartet is one of America’s most celebrated and dedicated string quartets having been labeled by The New Yorker as “furiously committed” and noted by the Cleveland Plain Dealer for its “exceptional tonal focus and interpretive intensity.”
For over 25 years the Quartet has performed throughout the world on the most prestigious concert stages, earning accolades from critics and audiences alike, and now they bring their world-class artistry to Del Mar College’s Wolfe Recital Hall, located on the Heritage Campus, on Friday, Sept. 26, at 7:30 p.m.
The Miró Quartet’s performance is presented by the Corpus Christi Chamber Music Society (CCCMS) with support from the DMC Music Department and the Coastal Bend Community Foundation. This concert is free to DMC students with a valid student I.D., $5 for individuals age 25 and younger and $30 general admission.
