If you love the sound of brass, mark your calendar for Tuesday, Nov. 18, for a fall concert featuring Del Mar College’s Brass Ensembles, including trumpet and trombone students.
The evening concert begins at 7:30 p.m. in Wolfe Recital Hall on the Heritage Campus and includes a varied program of music for chamber brass ensembles with works by composers Thomas Morley, Orlando di Lasso, Thomas Weelkes and Tommy Pederson. Students will perform under the direction of DMC Music faculty members Dr. Danny Miller and Dr. Donald Pinson, promising a fall performance you don’t want to miss! The concert is free and open to the public.
