Bishop Police Department, in conjunction with our community partners, were able to give away hundreds of backpacks full of school supplies to area students at last year’s first annual “Pack the Patrol Car” school supply drive!
With your help we hope our event will be even bigger this year! Therefore, Bishop Police Department is calling all units to “Pack the Patrol Car” with new school supplies for the upcoming school year!
Bishop Police Department will begin accepting donations of new school supplies on Monday, July 18, for our 2nd annual “Pack the Patrol Car” school supply drive.
The Bishop Police Department is accepting new school supplies for all ages and grade levels including; backpacks, pencils, pens, highlighters, boxes of Kleenex, small bottles of hand sanitizer, folders, notebooks, glue, markers, crayons, erasers, and notebook paper. Members of the Bishop Police Department will break down all donations by grade level before donating them to students.
New school supplies can be dropped off at BPD “Pack The Patrol Car” drop boxes at the following locations:

*Monetary donations will be accepted only at the Bishop Police Department’s main station, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8AM-5PM.
Following the ‘Pack the Patrol Car’ school supply donation drive, Bishop Police Department will host a school supply giveaway event at the Bishop Police Department on Saturday, August 13th. At that time we will donate all school supplies collected to area students for the upcoming Bishop C.I.S.D school year, which begins on August 22, 2022.
