The Bishop Police Department will kick off the Blue Santa program. The Blue Santa program provides toys and food for families in need during the holiday season. Monetary contributions and new unwrapped toy are being accepted at Bishop Police Department located at 119 E. 4th Street and at the Bishop Dollar General located at 901 E. 4th Street.
