It’s the Corpus Christi Symphony Orchestra’s annual musical fanfare, and the Del Mar College Master Chorus, DMC Concert Choir and Chamber Singers will join them for two performances of “Holiday Cheer” on Saturday, Dec. 13, at 2 and 7:30 p.m. in Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi’s Performing Arts Center (6300 Ocean Dr., 78412).
This longtime holiday crowd-pleaser has become a tradition among residents throughout the Coastal Bend with local choirs performing with the CCSO. The concert offers a delightful mix of carols, seasonal favorites and the popular sing-along with Santa Claus! This year’s holiday concert also features soprano Haley Sicking, who Opera News hailed as “blossoming in real time” and has thrilled audiences with her versatile performances in opera, concert, recital, musical theatre, jazz and early and contemporary music.
