This free event is scheduled at the KEDT Center for Educational Broadcasting and next door in the Del Mar College Center for Economic Development from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 14.
The event includes educational activities and interactive presentations provided by several local organizations. Youngsters can say “Hello” to Nature Cat during a photo meet and greet in the Center with Del Mar College the proud supporter of that curious feline and children’s favorite. And, the College is providing an additional guest appearance from DMC’s lovable mascot … Valdar the Viking! You can take a picture with him, too!
Mom and Dad also can learn a few things about Del Mar College with representatives from DMC Student Outreach and Enrollment Services, Continuing Education & Off-Campus Programs, Child Development/Early Childhood Programs available to provide information.
