Jimmy Rivera, Nueces County Constable, Precinct 3

BISHOP, TEXAS - (News Release) On August 2, 2024, at approximately 7:45 pm Nueces County Constable Pct 3 Deputies along with Bishop PD, ESD 3 (Bishop fire personnel), Bishop EMS (Allegiance) were dispatched to a two-vehicle accident located at FM 70 and CR 75.

Nueces County Constable Pct. 3 deputies investigated the cause of the accident. The passenger vehicle made an unsafe lane change and the van struck the passenger vehicle. The driver of the passenger vehicle was cited. No injuries were reported.
