The Office of Jimmy Rivera, Nueces County Precinct 3

BISHOP - (News Release) On 7/6/22, Nueces County Constable PCT3 members with the Nueces County District Attorneys Criminal Interdiction Unit conducted a traffic stop on US Hwy 77 north Bound of Bishop, TX. Deputies were granted consent to search the vehicle. After a thorough search, CIU members found an after factory compartment loaded with 20 bundles of narcotics totaling 48 pounds. The driver was arrested on Manufacture/Delivery of controlled substance.
