KINGSVILLE (News Release) – BLG Entertainment has teamed up with Siggno Enterprises LLC and Coastal Bend Enterprises LLC to transform the Texas Theatre into a premiere entertainment venue. The partners behind this project have production and event planning experience in Adrian Gallegos of BLG Entertainment; music industry experience in Jesus “Jesse” Turner who has won numerous Grammy Awards as a Tejano singer, songwriter and producer for the Tejano group Siggno; dining and event planning experience in the Villarreal Family who opened and currently operate three successful restaurants and the event center Rancho Cielito Lindo. Together, the group has the resources and knowledge to restore the facility and bring in top notch entertainment.
The historic Texas Theatre was originally constructed in 1950, it was operated until 1970.
In 2018 the Villarreal Family had the Texas Theatre under contract for purchase but walked away from the deal to complete their wedding venue Rancho Cielito Lindo. They began to look at the Texas Theatre project mid 2021 this time with partners involved. Together with BLG Entertainment & Siggno Enterprises the purchase was completed in late September.
Adrian Gallegos – BLG Entertainment
Adrian Gallegos is an experienced production manager, event planner, and booking agent. Adrian’s passion for production can be traced back 30 years. He has worked on numerous events throughout the United States, Mexico, Central and South America with artists from a variety of genres. For the last 15 years Adrian has dedicated himself to the development of his company BLG Entertainment that allows him to include his love for production through sister company Global Productions. Additional entities include T-Designs (Screen Printing & Embroidery used to supply merchandise for Musical Acts under his agency) & My Ticket Genius (Joint venture with Ysidro Tito Villarreal used to sell online tickets to events and festivals). Adrian’s will to work hard and leadership skills along with his desire to develop great teams has helped reach his goals.
Jesus “Jesse” Turner – Siggno Enterprises LLC
Jesse Turner began his career with Siggno over 20 years ago, gaining unparalleled experience in the music industry, while establishing himself as a respected artist. He has won numerous Grammy Awards both as singer, songwriter and producer. His wide experience in all aspects of music has led to his success in marketing. From graphic design, video editing, and branding he is an expert in branding businesses both through visual and musical means. Jesse has grown all his social media platforms as well as others on his J Turn Music Label through years of marketing research. Siggno Enterprises has been the leader in setting a new standard in the Tejano and Regional Mexican music industry recently debuting two songs simultaneously as #1 & #2 on the Apple Music Charts.
Villarreal Family – Coastal Bend Enterprises LLC
In October 2003, the Villarreal’s opened Big House Burgers at 609 E. King Avenue in Kingsville Texas. Their mission was to serve their dining guests the highest quality food at affordable prices for everyone. Big House Burgers quickly outgrew the two-story house and moved into their current larger location. Three years after opening the Kingsville Location, Big House Burgers opened their second location in nearby Alice, Texas. One year after opening Big House Burgers in Alice, along came Big House BBQ, also in Kingsville. Rancho Cielito Lindo, their crown jewel, and latest venture offers a built from the ground up, one of kind, event center on a breathtaking ranch setting in Bishop, TX. The Ranch offers lodging, a rustic lodge, reception hall, a chapel, state of the art kitchen, a full bar and a stage with a dance floor. Before moving to Kingsville, the Villarreal Family was heavily involved in the music and entertainment industry. Owning and operating The Legendary Cielito Lindo Dance Hall in Mathis Tx, the Texas Grand Club in Beeville Tx, and two radio stations in Beeville Tx KTKO FM and KIBL AM. The Villarreal Family has continued working in the entertainment industry putting on their annual fundraiser in Kingsville the Big House Burger Bash as well as numerous festival events for Univision in San Antonio and teaming up with BLG Entertainment and Siggno Enterprises with music tours across South Texas.
